Peter Crain has built and renovated many homes around Lake Harriet, so the Linden Hills neighborhood is close to his heart. When life presented him with a unique opportunity to live and work in his favorite neighborhood, he went all in. In the midst of building his new modern home on Queen Avenue and showcasing it on the 2021 AIA MN Homes by Architects Tour, Peter designed and built-out a new, light-filled studio at 44th and Upton, adjacent to Sebastian Joe’s in the heart of Linden Hills.
